We are pleased to announce a call for paper to Journal of Global Merit Management (ISSN 2411-6742).
Researchers, scientists and managers are cordially invited to submit their complete research and academic paper to the journal before the dateline provided.
The journal aims to provide an excellent forum for research scholars to exchange views and develop idea for interdisciplinary collaboration. The publication will be a platform for disseminating knowledge in global merit management via research and development efforts put in by the scholars. It also provides opportunities for individuals of diversified discipline to present innovative ideas and experiences to better understanding.

Editorial Policy:
Journal of Global Merit Management (JoGMM) enjoys an excellent reputation as an academic journal and promotes a link of communication among research scholars, academicians, practitioners and policy makers through their novel research publications in the whole world.
Journal of Global Merit Management (JoGMM) covers a wide perspective related to business, finance, economics, accounting and other management fields that publish an innovative and original work.
Evaluation Process:
Each manuscript/research paper/book review is screened by editorial board. If it is suitable covering the scope and novelty, then it would be sent to two relevant independent reviewers for possible review process. Based on reviewer’s report and suggestions and as well as consultation with relevant board member, the editor committee will decide whether to accepted the manuscript in its original form, revise or reject it.
Publishing Ethic:
Journal of Global Merit Management (JoGMM) is a double blind peer reviewed research journal and seeks to publish only high quality original and novel research articles, case studies and book reviews.
So, it’s a responsibility of author(s) to ensure the originality of his/her research work that should not violate the infringement of copy rights and must be free from any from plagiarism and collusion.
The publisher has the right to check it through electronic detection and author(s) also ensure its originality/plagiarism through electronic detection.
The acceptance manuscript
After the editorial board agreed to proof the manuscripts, the manuscript then will be sent to corresponding author for final correction. After done the correction, the manuscript should be returned to the editorial board within 7 days. If the manuscript not be returned in this duration, the editorial board does not accept the manuscript for the publication issue.
Cost of Publication
The publishing fee is USD150 for 5,000 words, additional USD30 for every 1000 words exceeding. The journal is not for profit, we collect the fee to cover the basic cost of publishing.
The authors will receive e-journals and stamped certificates after the publishing.
