JoGMM Policy on Generative AI
For Authors:

Disclosure: Authors must disclose the use of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) in the Acknowledgments section. Please specify if AI was used for drafting, data analysis, or language polishing.

Accountability: AI cannot be listed as an author. Human authors are 100% responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the work.

Integrity: Manuscripts found to be entirely AI-generated without substantial human contribution will be rejected.
For Reviewers:

Confidentiality: Reviewers are strictly prohibited from uploading any part of a submitted manuscript into AI tools.

Human Evaluation: Peer reviews must be written by the assigned reviewer. AI-generated review reports are not accepted.
For Editors:

AI tools may be used only for administrative tasks (e.g., formatting checks, identifying missing sections) but never to replace editorial judgment.
