Summary for Authors

The Journal of Global Merit Management (JoGMM) publishes high-quality research in sustainable management and global renewal. Key points for your submission:

  • Publication Fee (APC): $300 USD (Payable only after formal acceptance). This covers professional layout, high-quality printing, and international shipping of your physical copy.

  • Format: We accept research papers, case studies, and policy reviews.

  • Style: Use APA 7th edition for formatting and citations.

  • Word Count: Manuscripts should be between 5,000 and 8,000 words.

  • Double-Blind Review: Ensure your manuscript is anonymized (no author names/affiliations in the file).

  • Submission: Submit as a Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx).

Preparing Your Manuscript

1. Sections to Include

To ensure a rigorous evaluation, please structure your manuscript as follows:

  • Title Page (Submitted as a separate file): Title, all author names, affiliations, and ORCIDs.

  • Anonymized Manuscript:

    • Abstract (200-250 words) & Keywords (3-5).

    • Introduction & Problem Statement.

    • Literature Review.

    • Methodology.

    • Results/Findings.

    • Discussion & Practical Implications (Crucial for JoGMM).

    • Conclusion & Recommendations.

    • References (APA 7th).

    • Declarations: AI Use Statement, Funding, and Conflict of Interest.

2. Ethical Requirements

  • Originality: Manuscripts must be original. We use plagiarism detection software (threshold: <15% overlap).

  • AI Disclosure: Use of Generative AI must be clearly disclosed in the "AI Use Statement" section.

  • Human Subjects: Research involving human participants must state Ethics Board (IRB) approval.

The Editorial Process: What to Expect

  1. Initial Screening (1-2 weeks): The Editorial Team checks for scope fit, formatting, and plagiarism.

  2. Peer Review (4-8 weeks): Suitable papers are sent to two independent experts. We evaluate based on:

    • Originality and contribution to management field.

    • Methodological rigor.

    • Clarity of writing.

  3. Editorial Decision: You will receive one of the following: Accept, Revisions Required, Resubmit for Review, or Decline.

  4. Acceptance & Payment: Once accepted, you will receive an official Acceptance Letter and payment instructions for the $300 APC.

  5. Production & Printing: After payment, your paper undergoes professional copyediting and layout. You will review the final "Proof" before it goes to press.

Post-Publication

  • Physical Copy: Upon publication of the issue, the corresponding author will be mailed one (1) complimentary hard copy via registered mail.

  • Digital Visibility: While JoGMM is a print journal, your paper's metadata, abstract, and DOI will be indexed in Google Scholar and other global databases to maximize your trích dẫn (citations).
